Postage costs

Orders will be shipped via MyParcel/PostNL.

In most cases, they will deliver the order within 2-3 working days after shipment.

Shipments are made at the expense of the buyer.

The moment at which the goods are received by the customer is considered the legal delivery time. If the delivery person does not find you at home, they should leave a message for you.

Shipments with PostNL can be picked up at the post office after 2 delivery attempts upon presentation of a valid ID.

• The package will remain at the post office for 3 weeks before being returned to us.
• If a package is returned and we have to resend it, we will charge a new contribution to the shipping costs.
• We also offer the possibility to deliver your order to a different address.
• You can indicate this when filling in your address details.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands:

• Standard package with Track & Trace via PostNL € 6.85 Letterbox package with Track & Trace via PostNL € 4.72
• This shipping method is only available for orders in the Netherlands consisting of dashboard lights.
• Please note! The minimum size of the mailbox (flap) must be: 32mm high and 265mm wide.
• Shipping costs: outside the Netherlands, within Europe from € 7.25
• Shipping costs: outside Europe from € 19.00
