Order and delivery

Orders can be placed via our website lampengrossier.com. After we have received all the necessary information, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

Orders are shipped with Postnl. In most cases, these deliver the order within 1-2 working days after shipment. Shipments are at the expense of the buyer.

The time of legal delivery is the time when the goods are received by the customer. If the delivery person does not meet you at home, the delivery person should leave you a message.

Shipments with PostNL can be picked up at the post office after 2 delivery attempts after showing a valid ID.

The package will remain at the post office for 3 weeks before it is returned to us.
If a package is returned and we have to send it again, we will charge a new contribution to the shipping costs. We also offer the option to deliver your order to a different address.

You can indicate this when filling in your address details

• Shipping costs: from € 4.65 within the Netherlands
• Shipping costs: from € 7.00 outside the Netherlands, within Europe

We deliver most items within 1 to 2 working days after the agreement has been concluded.
If you want certainty or clarity about the delivery time of an item in advance, please contact us. If an item is not available, we will send you an email. So always make sure that your email address is entered correctly and that you check it regularly.

Orders are delivered within 30 days at the latest. If this is not possible, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 1 month after placing the order and he has the right to cancel the order without costs.

If an order is shipped, the expected delivery time abroad is

• 1-2 days: Belgium,Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg
• 2-4 days: Finland, France, Great Britain, (Northern) Ireland, Austria, Sweden
• 3-5 days: Hungary, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic
• 4-7 days: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Switzerland
• 8-12 days: other countries in Europe, America, Canada 10-20 days: other countries outside Europe
