1. Order
Orders can be placed via our website Lampengrossier.nl & Lampengrossier.com.
After we have received all the necessary information, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
2. Pay
You can choose from online payment via iDEAL, payment is made via Mollie, with your credit card, via PayPal or if you do not wish this, you can choose to pay via IBAN.
You can also choose the option “pick up”. The order confirmation sent contains the ordered products, the total amount and an order number. (free shipping)
If the Postnl employee does not meet you at home, or if you do not have the full amount at hand, you will receive a collection message from the Postnl employee.
The package will then be deposited for you at a post office near you.
The package then remains at the post office for another two weeks.
You can almost always pin at the post office to pay for your order.
Cash on delivery is not possible for shipments outside the Netherlands.
Pay with Paypal or Mollie You pay electronically via PayPal or Mollie.
You pay with your own email address and password.
You do not need to maintain a balance.
You can also use the Paypal or Mollie option to pay with your Credit Card.
You do not need to have an account with PayPal for Credit Card payments.

Pay with iDEAL With iDEAL you can pay for your online purchases in a trusted, safe and easy way.
You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank.
As an internet banker you can use iDEAL directly, without having to register for it.
You place an order on the Lampengrossier.nl or Lampengrossier.com website.
When paying for the order you can indicate that you want to pay with iDEAL.
You will then be led by Mollie to your own bank where the payment order is ready for you.
You will be asked by your bank to fill in a number of details and you authorize the payment.
The amount will be debited directly from your payment account and LAMPENGROSSIER B.V. is informed that the order has been paid.
The transaction will be registered with your bank as “Mollie LAMPENGROSSIER B.V.” are being displayed.
If payment is not made after a period of 14 days, the buyer will be notified in writing, whereby € 10.00 administration costs will be charged, and the seller is obliged to collect the purchase price plus these administration costs through judicial means, whereby also the costs thereof be charged to the buyer.

3. Shipping method and costs
Orders are shipped with Postnl. In most cases, these deliver the order within 1-2 working days after shipment.
Shipments are at the expense of the buyer.
The time of legal delivery is the time when the goods are received by the customer. If the delivery person does not meet you at home, the delivery person should leave you a message.
Shipments with Postnl can be picked up at the post office after 2 delivery attempts after showing a valid ID.
The package will remain at the post office for 3 weeks before it is returned to us.
If a package is returned and we have to send it again, we will charge a new contribution to the shipping costs.
We also offer the option to deliver your order to a different address.
You can indicate this when filling in your address details.

4. Delivery time
We deliver most items within 1 to 2 working days after the agreement has been concluded.
If you want certainty or clarity about the delivery time of an item in advance, please contact us.
If an item is not available, we will send you an email.
So always make sure that your email address is entered correctly and that you check it regularly.
Orders are delivered within 30 days at the latest.
If this is not possible, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 1 month after placing the order and he has the right to cancel the order without costs.

5. Returns

If the products do not meet your expectations, you may return them within thirty days, provided they are in their original packaging.
LAMPENGROSSIER B.V. will transfer the amount paid by the buyer within fourteen days.
The buyer must also send the relevant invoice.
A statement of the reason why the product does not meet your requirements is appreciated but not required. Cancellation

6. Non-conformity
